What Is the FCC?

The Fine Collection Center is a clearing house that many Missouri counties and some cities use to collect fines on traffic tickets. Counties do this in order to limit their administrative costs in the courts.

How Do I Know If I Have An FCC Ticket?

If the law officer who issues your ticket also gives you a return envelope, you can be sure this is an FCC ticket. Your ticket will also be marked "Due in 30 days," and will say, "FCC." If you sign this ticket and mail in your fine, you will have automatically plead GUILTY. This means you will almost always have points put on your license and it may affect your insurance rates.

Your Other Option - The Ticket Center

Before you do anything, you have the right to contact The Ticket Center. We will work on your behalf as your attorney. We will enter a NOT GUILTY plea on your behalf, and negotiate for you with the Prosecutor. This plea bargaining often results in reduced penalties and points, keeping your driving record clear and your insurance rates low.
